Update
Slack message posting and channel creation looks to be improving. We haven't seen any errors in either workflow since 17:30 UTC. We'll keep monitoring and provide another update soon.

Update
We're continuing to monitor Slack's status. Message posting is succeeding in most cases (5% failure rate) but channel creation is still unavailable (100% failure rate since 16:01 UTC)
We're seeing this impact the ability to users to send Slack messages to existing channels as well. Please remind your teams to use the chat functionality in FireHydrant in the interim. https://app.firehydrant.io

We're monitoring an upstream availability issue with Slack and will provide updates as they're made available to us. As a workaround, your teams can use the chat functionality built into the FireHydrant app (https://app.firehydrant.io).
